FITSnews has one heck of a good post on the school choice debate in SC.
Here’s the question: How is it that the state with the highest dropout rate, the lowest SAT scores*, and hundreds of thousands of kids in failing schools still has to have a debate about whether we need choices?
Given these statistics, isn’t it obvious that SC parents need new choices?
