New data show that racial divisions continue to widen and overall tests scores remain stagnant.

I get so sick of hearing the same thing from Rex. It’s no better than it was with Inez. You listen to that guy say the same thing every time about how well the kids are doing, the global economy and a “bright future” and wonder, what is he even talking about? It’s just a string of words thrown together that makes no sense at all when you think about it.
