Monopolists to Fight Disabled Children in Court

In Arizona school monopoly proponents are filing a lawsuit to prevent a school choice law that would help disabled children from going into effect. Now it would seem to me that children with special needs and developmental difficulties would be especially likely to profit from specialized schools that could handle their unique challenges. And it doesn’t seem like this law should be constitutionally problematic given Arizona’s longstanding support for choice. So do school monopolists care more about keeping their stranglehold on political power than about helping handicapped children?
